There are only three rooms in each apartment, with one bedroom on the ground floor, with the visitors’ convenience under the stairs. The dining room and the sitting room are separated by a focal wall with the possibility of a television screen on both sides.

There are two more rooms on the upper floor with a sitting room leading to the balcony.
