This Design is a good palace Design with more than 4 sitting rooms and 6 rooms of varying sizes. If you want to make a  statement with your home, this is the design for you. With 2 staircases, one elliptical and the other doglegged, you have both something to show off and the other for privacy.

The kitchen is so large you can cater to a small party group indoors. I bet some hotel kitchens are not as big as this one.

With the pent floor, a few family friends can have a get together on the highest floor while savoring the landscape of the environment. The drop off canopy allows you enter the house without an umbrella.
