This Design has only 3 rooms, two of which are on the ground floor with the master bedroom, or better put as master apartment on the upper floor. The master apartment has its own sitting room with walk-in-closet. The building has a very small area and the design can fit into only half of a plot.

For, a first time builder who likes a duplex that doesn’t have plenty of concrete slab, this is a perfect design.
